The facility houses independent seniors, remarkably most in their 90s!  The reimaging project included new wood detailing, updated interior finishes in the public lobby areas and corridors. It also included new light fixtures and a cozy fireplace in the main dining and commons area.  

The design team’s goal was to revitalize the space by making it warm and welcoming to existing residents and guests. 

Preliminary 3D modeling was used to help the owner visual the additions to the existing spaces.
